Guidelines to order

1. Check the types of commissions and pricing to see what I offer.2. Read the Terms of Service carefully for guidelines, payment, and usage policies.3. Fill out the commission form on my Carrd page and send me a DM to notify me of your submission.

General Terms:
1. Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change.
2. I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
3. All final artwork is delivered digitally via Google Drive or WeTransfer.
4. If you are unsure if whether or not I'd accept the subject of your request, you may always ask and I'll confirm.
5. Prices are open for discussion within reason, and I’ll always explain how pricing is determined.I-A. Payments
Accepted payment methods include Wise (Direct Bank Transfer), PayPal, or Ko-fi (USD) for international clients, and GCash (PHP) for local clients.
A 50% down payment is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
The initial payment is non-refundable once work has started.
If you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, it will only be refundable if I’m unable to complete the commission.I-B. Late Payments
I understand that payment delays can happen. However, if full payment isn’t received within two (2) months after the commission’s completion, a 30% late fee will be added to the total.
Additional monthly late fees of up to 30% may apply, capped at 100% of the total price.
For personal commissions, flexible payment arrangements can be discussed to show your intent to pay.II Refunds:
If I’m unable to complete your commission, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you choose to cancel during the drafting phase, a partial refund may be issued based on progress made.
Once the final artwork has been delivered, refunds will no longer be available.III. Process
Completion time depends on the artwork’s complexity and current workload. An estimated timeline will be provided before starting.
Regular progress updates will be sent through email or direct message for your feedback.
Once the artwork is ready for review, I’ll send a low-resolution version for approval.
Minor revisions are allowed during the drafting phase. Major changes—such as pose, outfit, or background adjustments—after approval may incur an additional fee.
Once rendering begins, revisions may be limited depending on scope.
The final artwork will be delivered in high-quality .PNG format via Google Drive or WeTransfer unless otherwise requested.IV. Deadlines
Deadlines will be agreed upon before the project begins and will depend on the project’s scope and complexity.
I’ll provide updates if delays occur.
Work-in-progress (WIP) previews can be requested anytime—these will include watermarks unless full payment has been made upfront.V. Usage / Copyright Policy:
I retain full copyright to all artwork I create. I may showcase commissioned work on my portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.You may:
• Crop or resize the artwork for personal use, such as icons, banners, or layouts, with proper credit.
• Print the artwork and claim rights to your character(s), but not the artwork itself.
• Promote yourself using the artwork, provided proper credit is given to me as the artist.Please do not:
• Alter colors, add filters, or edit the artwork without permission.
• Reproduce or use the artwork commercially (making money from it in any way) without purchasing commercial rights.
• Take credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Remove watermarks or signatures.Commercial rights:
• Purchase of commercial rights costs 300% of the original price.
• Commercial rights must be discussed and paid for before the artwork’s completion.
• With commercial rights, you may create merchandise, use the artwork for advertising, or promote your brand.
• Even with commercial rights, proper credit must still be given unless otherwise agreed in writing.VI. Changes and amendments:
Major changes or redrawing of sections (e.g., outfit, background, or pose adjustments) will incur additional fees.
I share drafts during the process to minimize major revisions. Any requested changes after the drafting phase may be subject to extra charges, especially if they require substantial rework.VII. Cancellation of Orders
I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund at any time.
You may cancel during the drafting phase and may receive a partial refund depending on progress made.
Once rendering begins or the final artwork is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, I retain full rights to the artwork and may reuse, post, or resell the design.VIII. Generative AI Policy
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in any form is strictly prohibited with my artwork. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that my artwork will not be:
• Used to train AI models
• Altered or enhanced by AI
• Added to or modified in any AI tool, including but not limited to Grok, ChatGPT, Sora AI, or other platforms
This policy applies to all past, present, and future commissions.Thank You!
